For clubs and daily-fee courses
The other fifty weeks
A tournament is a day. A course is every day. Run as a standing venue, WilDi Golf keeps the sponsor cards, the cart button and the conditions screen live on an ordinary Tuesday, and the hole sponsorships you already sell for the season are what pay for it.
What runs every day
Sponsor cards on every hole, every round
The hole sponsorships you sell for a season deliver on every round played, not only on tournament day. A member on a Tuesday afternoon gets the card on 7 the same way a scramble field does.
The cart button
A golfer taps for the refreshment cart from the hole they are on. The request carries the hole, follows them if they move, and closes when the cart's own phone is seen there. It works whenever the cart is out.
Conditions, on the phone
Cart path only on 12, aerating on 4, 15 closed. Set it once in the console and every phone on the property has it within a minute. A closed hole stops its sponsor card too, so nobody is sent to a hole they cannot play.
The clubhouse gets a card of its own
Food and beverage cards fire from a hole you choose. Order at the turn from 7, the 19th hole from 16. They belong to the course, not to a sponsor.
Assistance, to your staff
A golfer who needs help taps once and the phones you have tagged for it are buzzed with the hole. It reaches your people, not 911, and the app says so.
A report per sponsor, per season
Cards delivered, opened, taps by kind, and phones that later reached the sponsor's address, filtered to that sponsor's holes. Counts, never percentages. It is what you hand them at renewal.
Self-funded, in your own numbers
Most courses already sell hole sponsorships for a season and a headline sponsor for the club. What changes with WilDi Golf is what the sponsor gets for it: a card delivered on their hole on every round, and a report of what happened, instead of a sign. The money stays yours; we license the course to you for the season and never bill a sponsor. So the arithmetic is the one below, with your figures in it.
The season, in your numbers
Type what you charge today. Nothing here is pre-filled with a figure we made up, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
| Hole sponsorships | — | 18 holes × price per hole |
| Headline sponsor | — | as entered |
| Event sponsorships | — | events × revenue per event |
| Season sponsorship revenue | — | yours to invoice; we never bill the sponsor |
| Less our licence | — | from your written quote |
| What the course keeps | — | before your own selling costs |
This is multiplication, not a forecast. It says nothing about how many sponsors you will sell or how many golfers will install the app, because we do not know either for your course and will not guess.
Pricing is set per course after we have seen it. Bring the number of holes you sell, what you charge for one, and how many dated events you host, and we will quote you on the call. The two models we work from, and the two meters we refuse to bill on, are on the pricing page.
What you do, and when
Once
We draw your holes from your boundary, you approve them, and you give each hole a sponsor: business, address, offer. Half a day, most of it ours.
At the counter
A QR code and the course code on a card. Golfers install the app and join. A golfer already on the property who opens the app is asked whether to join, one tap.
When something changes
Hole status, a new sponsor, a message to everyone on the course. Each is one screen in the console and takes less time than the phone call it replaces.
On tournament day
A dated event sits on top of the standing course: its own roster, check-in at the first tee, its own sponsors on the same holes for that day, its own report. The course underneath does not change.
What it is not
- It does not replace your tee sheet, your handicap system, your registration, your pairings or your scoring. It runs next to them and does not need to know them.
- It does not count people. It counts phones running the app that the geofence observed, and the report will always be smaller than your rounds played.
- It does not install anything on the course or in the carts. A tee sign and a card at the counter are the whole footprint.
- It does not bill your sponsors and does not sit between you and them. You sell the hole, you invoice it, you keep the relationship.
- It does not predict anything. No forecast of installs, taps or visits appears in the console or on this page.
What the console shows a director
How many phones the geofence sees right now, hole by hole, and how many it has seen today. The live count and the stale count stay two numbers instead of one. Open cart and assistance requests, and who took them. Every message sent and to how many phones. The per-sponsor report, downloadable as a CSV. It tells you how many phones the geofence sees. It does not tell you how many people are on your course, and it will not predict when a hole will clear.
